arcana (nikke)

Arcana is an eccentric fortune teller in Goddess of Victory: Nikke who reads tarot cards and runs a small shop on the side. Outgoing, theatrical and easy to like, she gets along with almost everyone. Her outfit leans mystical and ornate, with long hair, jewelry and tarot cards that she keeps close at hand to read anyone's future.
