balalaika (black lagoon)

Balalaika runs Hotel Moscow, the Russian mafia branch of Black Lagoon, and is one of the Lagoon Company's main clients. A former paratrooper captain, she leads her veterans with chilling calm and absolute control. She has long hair in blonde hair tones, a burn scar over much of her face, a cigar and a military coat worn as a jacket on shoulders.
