beatrix (ff9)

Beatrix leads the queen's female knights in Final Fantasy IX, a peerless swordswoman whose blind loyalty to the crown slowly gives way to doubt and personal honor. Proud, stern and principled. She is recognized by her eyepatch, wavy auburn hair, a knightly armor set worn over a long coat, and the holy blade Save the Queen. Fan art captures her poised in a duel or in a rare softer moment.
