belgium (hetalia)

Belgium is the personification of her country in Axis Powers Hetalia, a warm, cheerful young woman who loves sweets, chocolate and waffles and is the sister figure of the Netherlands. She has short hair of wavy blonde hair held back with a hair ribbon, green eyes and a friendly smile, often shown with a cute :3 mouth. Fans picture her in casual dresses with treats or flowers.
