celty sturluson

Celty Sturluson is a Dullahan in Durarara!!, a headless fairy who left Ireland to find her stolen head and now works as an underground courier in Ikebukuro. She is mute, typing on a phone to talk, yet kind and endlessly curious. She wears a sleek black bodysuit and a yellow motorcycle helmet with cat ears, with shadowy smoke drifting from her neck when the helmet is off.
