cerebella (skullgirls)

Cerebella is a powerhouse wrestler from Skullgirls, a confident circus performer from the Medici family who lets her living hat Vice Versa do the heavy lifting. She has short hair tucked under a large hat that sprouts two huge muscular arms. Her outfit mixes circus flair with sporty pieces, and her grabs and throws are as flashy as her personality.
