cetoddle

Cetoddle is an Ice type Pokemon from Paldea, a small land dwelling whale that roams snowy mountains in cheerful herds. Friendly, clumsy and always happy to belly slide down a slope. It looks like a chubby white whale pup standing on two short legs, with a wide smiling face and tiny eyes. Fans draw it as a soft, round no humans creature playing in the snow with its friends.
