ch'en the holungday (arknights)

Ch'en the Holungday is a Sniper version of Ch'en from Arknights, the strict Lung officer letting loose on vacation with a pair of water guns. She keeps her blue hair, red eyes, dragon horns, and dragon tail, but trades her uniform for summer wear: a swimsuit, sunglasses on her head, and a light open shirt. Art shows her firing water guns with a grin.
