This is the second remodel of Chikuma from Kantai Collection, the calm, polite heavy cruiser who dotes on her sister Tone. The upgrade gives her an ornate green top with a higher belt, sleek boots and a long black skirt with a deep side slit forming a pelvic curtain. She keeps her long hair in dark tones, and artists favor elegant, composed poses with rigging behind her.
