chimecho

Chimecho is a Psychic-type Pokemon shaped like a hanging wind chime, using cries that echo through its hollow body to soothe or repel. It has a small round blue head with yellow eyes, a red and yellow suction cap on top and a long white tail like a chime streamer. Art usually shows it floating lightly, swaying in the breeze with a calm, friendly look.
