chougei (kancolle)

Chougei is the submarine tender of Kantai Collection, a dependable support ship girl who looks after her crew with steady calm. She wears a blue sailor collar uniform with a white neckerchief and a pleated skirt, with long hair in brown arranged in twin braids and grey eyes.
