choukai kai ni (kancolle)

This tag covers Choukai in her second remodel from Kantai Collection, the heavy cruiser shipgirl upgraded with stronger guns and anti-air gear. Studious, earnest and polite, she takes her duties seriously. She wears glasses, short hair in black, a serafuku-style naval outfit with a short skirt, thighhighs and her rigging.
