delibird

Delibird is an Ice and Flying type Pokémon that looks like a small penguin dressed for Christmas, with a red and white color scheme. It carries food in its tail, which it holds like a sack, and shares it with lost travelers in the mountains. It is drawn with a round body, short wings, a pale beak and that bulging tail bag, often in festive christmas art.
