deoxys

Deoxys is the Psychic type Mythical Pokemon born from a mutated space virus, able to shift between four forms each tuned to a different battle style. It has a humanoid build with red and blue skin, a crystal in its chest, ribbon like tentacle arms and black sclera around white eyes. Fan art loves showing its forms side by side in space.
