dialga

Dialga is the legendary Pokemon who controls time, mascot of Pokemon Diamond and the counterpart to Palkia. It is a heavy, four-legged blue dragon armored with steel plates, with a crest on its head, a fin-like ridge on its back, and red eyes in black sclera. A large diamond glows in the center of its chest plate, and art often shows it roaring amid swirling clockwork.
