donquixote rocinante

A former officer of the Donquixote Pirates in One Piece, secretly an undercover Marine whose fruit power silences all sound around him. Endearingly clumsy, kind and brave to the end. He has blonde hair under a hood, a heavy black feathered coat, clown style makeup with a painted smile and a cigarette that often sets his coat on fire.
