dottore (genshin impact)

Il Dottore is the second of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers in Genshin Impact, known as The Doctor, a brilliant but utterly amoral researcher once exiled from Sumeru for forbidden experiments. He is cold, calculating and fascinated by his own work. He has short blue hair, red eyes and usually wears a beaked mask covering the upper face, with a dark long coat and fur trim.
