drifblim

Drifblim is a Ghost and Flying type Pokemon from Sinnoh, the evolved form of Drifloon, said to drift with the wind carrying people and Pokemon away. Quiet, eerie and strangely gentle. It looks like a floating purple balloon with a fluffy cream tuft on top, a yellow X mark on its face, narrow red eyes and four long ribbon like arms trailing underneath.
