Eiscue is an Ice Pokemon from the Galar region, a penguin whose head is encased in a block of ice that shatters when hit, revealing a softer Noice Face form. It is drawn as a penguin with a large ice cube over its head, a hairy yellow cowlick, and blue feathers, waddling with a lost expression.
