elysium (arknights)

Elysium is a Vanguard Operator in Arknights, a Liberi with an arctic tern motif, a cheerful, flirtatious and easygoing man who keeps a light, friendly attitude even on the harshest missions. He is drawn with white hair, small feathers near his ears, a light, layered outfit in white and cold tones, a jacket with fur trim and a tall signal flag carried like a banner.
