frillish

Frillish is a Water and Ghost type Pokemon shaped like a jellyfish, drifting through the sea and dragging prey down into the depths. Males are blue with red eyes while females are pink with blue eyes, both drawn with a puffy crown, frilly collar and five trailing tentacles, a classic of jellyfish themed sea art.
