fusou kai ni (kancolle)

This tag covers Fusou after her second remodel in Kantai Collection, the gloomy yet graceful battleship who often laments her bad luck. The upgrade dresses her with long hair in black hair, red eyes, a white headband, a pagoda mast hair ornament, floral patterns on her shirt and sleeves, gold accents on her skirt and imposing ship rigging at her back.
