gazer (monster girl encyclopedia)

The Gazer is a monster race from Monster Girl Encyclopedia, a cyclops woman whose stare can bend minds, surrounded by tentacles that end in additional eyes. Shy yet intense, she often hides her feelings behind a sharp look. She has a single large one-eyed gaze, grey skin patterned with black goo, a tail, several eyed tentacles and often floats in the air.
