hecatia lapislazuli (earth)

This is the Earth body of Hecatia Lapislazuli, the goddess of hell from Touhou, one of her three bodies that rule the worlds of Earth, Moon and Otherworld. She is casual, playful and supremely powerful. In this form she has blue hair and blue eyes, a blue planet ornament on her hat, a t-shirt with text, a plaid skirt and a choker.
