hecatia lapislazuli (moon)

This tag covers the lunar body of Hecatia Lapislazuli, the goddess of hell from Touhou Project who splits herself into three bodies tied to Earth, Moon and the Otherworld. She is laid-back, playful and absurdly powerful. In this form she has blonde hair and yellow eyes, a small moon orb above her head, a small crown-like ornament and her trademark off-shoulder shirt reading a silly slogan, paired with a multicolored skirt.
