hoothoot

Hoothoot is an early Pokemon that keeps a strict internal clock, said to hoot at the same hour every night and stand on one foot while it rests. Fans love it as a sleepy, round companion for night scenes. It is drawn as a plump brown owl with soft feathers, wide red-ringed eyes, a small beak and a pair of curved head plumes that resemble a clock's hands, often perched on a branch under the moon.
