houshou marine (businesswoman)

This is the CEO themed costume of hololive pirate captain Houshou Marine, who keeps her flirty, joking persona even dressed for the office. The outfit pairs a sleeveless shirt in white, partly unbuttoned, with an ID card on a red lanyard and a black high waist miniskirt with side slits. Artists keep her red hair and heterochromia, usually posing her with a confident smirk.
