ikari gendou

Ikari Gendou is the cold, secretive commander of NERV in Neon Genesis Evangelion, distant with everyone and driven by a hidden plan of his own. He wears tinted glasses, a dark beard, white gloves and a high collared commander uniform. His famous pose, elbows on the desk and hands folded in front of his face, is endlessly parodied by fans.
