iris heart (neptunia)

Iris Heart is the goddess form of Plutia in the Neptunia series, a commanding CPU who becomes cruel and domineering the moment she transforms. She has very long hair in lavender, red eyes with power symbols, and a revealing black leotard with mechanical wings, usually holding a whip or a bladed weapon with a confident, menacing smile.
