joltik

Joltik is a tiny Bug and Electric Pokemon that cannot generate electricity itself, so it clings to larger creatures and feeds on their static, storing the charge in a pouch. It is a fuzzy yellow four-legged critter with two pairs of large blue eyes. It evolves into Galvantula. Art presents it as a small, cute pokemon (creature) with no humans, often crackling with sparks.
