kaji ryouji

Kaji Ryouji is a special inspector working for Nerv in Neon Genesis Evangelion, a laid back, flirtatious man who hides a double life as a spy beneath his easy smile. He keeps his long black hair tied into a short ponytail, with light stubble on his chin. His usual look is a loose collared shirt with a loosened necktie and rolled sleeves. He loves watering his watermelon garden and teasing Misato.
