katsushika hokusai (first ascension) (fate)

This tag covers the first ascension look of Katsushika Hokusai in Fate/Grand Order, the Foreigner painter who channels her father's genius and an eldritch octopus companion named Tokitarou. Here she has purple hair pinned up with large hair stick ornaments and wears a simple kimono with a painter's air, often brandishing a giant brush. Her moods swing between lazy grumbles and creative fire.
