katsushika hokusai (swimsuit saber) (fate)

This summer version of Katsushika Hokusai in Fate/Grand Order turns the painter Servant into a Saber, with the artist Oui once again doing the fighting while her tentacled companion tags along. She favors a swimsuit look with black hair or dark hair tied up, goggles, a flowing haori over the swimsuit, multiple katana, and attacks styled after waterfall paintings.
