kintsuba (shiranui flare)

Kintsuba is the panda costumed fairy who served as Shiranui Flare's mascot on hololive, a tiny companion with a big personality. It looks like a small chubby creature in a panda suit, drawn in red and white tones to match Flare's early design. Fans tend to show it as a tiny mascot sidekick perched near Flare or tumbling around the frame.
