koffing

Koffing is a Poison type Pokemon from Kanto that drifts around filled with toxic gas, best known as the partner of Team Rocket's James. Oddly cheerful for something so smelly. It is a round purple balloon like body covered in small crater bumps, with a white skull and crossbones mark on its belly, a goofy wide smile and wisps of fumes leaking out.
