leizi (arknights)

Leizi is a Kylin Caster Operator in Arknights, a Yan native whose lightning arts strike quickly and leave little room for argument. Stern, dutiful and a little proud, she treats every job as a matter of honor. She has long hair in black, a pair of horns, sharp golden eyes and a dark outfit with gold trim, often surrounded by crackling lightning.
