lucia: plume (pgr)

Plume is the frame Lucia uses through the middle chapters of Punishing: Gray Raven, the captain of the Gray Raven squad fighting the Punishing virus. Quiet, stoic and fiercely devoted to her team and her commandant. Art shows her with long hair, a sleek combat suit with mechanical accents and her katana drawn, ready to strike.
