meloetta

Meloetta is a Mythical Pokemon of melody, a graceful being whose songs control the emotions of those who hear them and whose signature move switches it between its Aria and Pirouette forms. It is a feminine, human-like creature with long hair of green hair streaked like musical staff lines, aqua eyes and arms shaped like notes. It is drawn as a pokemon (creature), often singing or dancing.
