meowstic (male)

The male Meowstic is a sleek Psychic type cat from Pokemon Kalos, calm and protective, said to release psychic power from hidden eye patterns in its ears. He is mostly navy blue with a white collar of fur, folded cat ears and two thin tails pointing upward. Artists often pair him with the white female form, drawing a tidy, upright little no humans figure with a cool, composed stare.
