Minneapolis is the shipgirl version of a US Navy heavy cruiser in Kantai Collection, a confident and friendly American who fights at the forefront of Pacific battles. Cheerful, brave and tough. She has blonde hair gathered into twintails, grey eyes and a navy style uniform with a cap, with her ship rigging mounted on her back. Fans draw her grinning in the middle of the action.
