miss cloud

Miss Cloud is a small mascot from Kantai Collection fan culture, the soft white puffball that tags along with the failure penguin in its misadventures. She has no limbs, just a round fluffy body, simple dot eyes and two neat bows that set her apart. She is usually drawn beside the penguin, in silly comic panels or small no humans doodles, adding a calm, cute touch to the scene.
