miteiru (shirakami fubuki)

Miteiru is a channel mascot of hololive's Shirakami Fubuki, born as a stare emote in her chat and designed by Fubuki herself. It is a little blob creature shaped like a fox, with solid unblinking eyes that seem to watch you at all times, and it borrows pieces of Fubuki's own outfit. It is drawn as a no humans mascot peeking from corners, quietly judging everyone in view.
