mizuho (kancolle)

Mizuho is Kantai Collection's take on the seaplane tender of the same name, a gentle and polite woman with a calm, graceful manner. She has very long black hair tied low with a rice stalk ornament and red hair ribbons, and grey eyes. Her outfit pairs a green hakama-like dress with a big obi and a white jacket worn off the shoulders.
