niles (fire emblem)

Niles is a former outlaw who serves Prince Leo of Nohr in Fire Emblem Fates, a sly archer with a cruel sense of humor and a love of loaded remarks. Beneath the teasing he is fiercely loyal. He has white hair, an eyepatch over one eye, dark skin, a fitted dark outfit with a cape and gloves, a bow (weapon) and a crooked, knowing smirk.
