northern italy (hetalia)

Northern Italy, also called Feliciano Vargas, is the central character of Axis Powers Hetalia, the personification of his country as a cheerful, carefree man who adores pasta and waves a white flag at the first sign of danger. He is drawn with short hair in brown hair with a distinctive curl, closed eyes much of the time, and a blue military uniform.
