raikou

Raikou is the Legendary Electric-type beast of Pokemon Gold and Silver, one of the three roaming beasts reborn from the ashes of a burned tower. Swift and thunderous, it is said to carry storms on its back. It is a large tiger-like quadruped with yellow fur striped in black, a purple storm-cloud mane, fierce red eyes, long fangs and a jagged lightning-bolt tail.
