raising heart (standby mode)

This tag covers Raising Heart in standby mode, the resting form of the intelligent device that powers the magic of Takamachi Nanoha in Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha. Polite and loyal, the device speaks in short English phrases and transforms into a staff when battle begins. In standby it is drawn as a small round red gem hanging as a pendant on a string, usually in no humans close ups.
