rose (street fighter)

Rose is a mysterious fortune teller from Genoa in the Street Fighter series, wielding Soul Power, the light opposite of M. Bison's Psycho Power, and sensing a looming catastrophe. Composed, elegant and enigmatic, she speaks in prophecies. She has long hair in purple, green eyes, a fitted red dress and a long flowing scarf she uses as a weapon, often paired with tarot cards.
