rotom (normal)

This tag covers Rotom in its basic form, the mischievous electric and ghost Pokemon made of plasma that loves slipping into appliances. Uninhabited, it is a small orange body with a pale blue aura, sharp fang smile, and big teasing eyes, with crackling bolts of electricity around it. It is often drawn zipping around gadgets or peeking out of a phone or television.
