rufus shinra

Rufus Shinra is the heir and later president of the Shinra Electric Power Company in Final Fantasy VII, a cold, ambitious executive who rules through fear rather than money. He is composed, calculating and always confident. He is drawn with neat blonde hair, blue eyes, a long white coat over a white suit and a shotgun he spins with ease.
